Lore: Whenever a player's monster attacks another monster, that player must flip a coin and roll a six-sided die. This card's effect changes depending on the result of the coin toss:
Heads: The attacking monster's ATK is increased by the result X 100 until the end of the turn.
Tails: The attacking monster's ATK is decreased by the result X 100 until the end of the turn.
This card cannot affect a monster more than once per turn.

Well?

It's a really good card for your first. The picture suits pretty well in my opinion. Also, I like how it's really luck-based, and as far as I know there's no released cards that involve both a die roll and a coin flip. The effect itself is pretty good, although I think the effect could do with a bit of touching up - or an "OCG fix" (Official Card Grammar). Just keeping it in line with how real cards are worded.

Once per turn, when either player's monster battles another monster; That player flips a coin and rolls a six-sided die, then apply this effect based on the result:
Heads: The attacking monster's ATK is increased by the result x100 until the End Phase.
Tails: The attacking monster's ATK is decreased by the result x100 until the End Phase.

(edit: below- bad fix.)

Overall it's pretty good.

OCG Grammer Fix:When a Monster attacks another Monster: Target the attacking Monster: Flip a Coin and Roll a Six-Sided Dice. Apply the result to the Target based on the result:• Heads: The Target gains 100 ATK X The Dice Roll this turn.• Tails: The Target loses 100 ATK X The Dice Roll this turn. This card cannot Target the same Monster in the same turn.

For your first, it's ok at best.

The thing is, this thing randomly works either for or against you. When it does, you could gain up to 600 ATK to possibly defeat the opposing monster. There are also plenty of times that it won't work for you, such as when the boost/loss is not enough to make the difference, or you lose 600 ATK when you needed some extra ATK. Or, your monster ends up losing ATK and screwing up a battle that you would have normally won. This is where the card loses its appeal to being ran.

The first thing to fix is its mandatory activation. By being optional, you won't have embarrassing moments when your stronger monster gets wiped out by this card. It would also be helpful for the effect to increase by a little more than 100. Battling monsters will not always have an ATK difference of 600 or less, which turns this card into a random damage-booster/absorber that won't really help you to actually win.

There's also a problem with it being so luck-based, but changing that goes against the design of the card. It's like Cup of Ace: it might be Pot of Greed, or it could result in a terrifying -3 for yourself.
