It is called "Paradox Body" and is something generated by the following things, along with subliminal influences: -the Malefic archetype -desire to revive old Ritual cards -love of the Fiend-type The mythology justifying the 'retrained' aspect of this set of cards is that the monsters of this set are different versions of existing monsters from an alternate timeline that has collided with our own, spilling the group over in the process. The original cards are referenced in the effects of the retrained cards. Those cards outside the internal spoiler are the rest of the archetype. Sorry that a lot of the cards aren't spoilered; I'm having trouble with getting that to happen for some reason. Anyway, the goal here is to Special Summon the main monsters by banishing their existing Ritual counterparts from the Deck. They can then banish the usual Ritual card accompanying that monster to gain another effect. The added effects typically focus on the destruction of other cards. Without further ado, here they are! [spoiler: Paradox Body] [spoiler: Retrained Monsters] Paradox Body: Revived Chakra Fiend/Effect/Dark 7/2450/2000 -Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned (from your hand) by banishing 1 "Chakra" in your Deck. Only 1 "Paradox Body:" monster may attack each turn. You may banish 1 "Resurrection of Chakra" from your hand or Deck to have this card gain the following effect: once, add 1 "Paradox" Spell card in your Deck or Graveyard to your hand. Paradox Body: Zorc, the Tyrant Fiend/Effect/Dark 8/2700/1500 -Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned (from your hand) by banishing 1 "Dark Master-Zorc" in your Deck. Only 1 "Paradox Body:" monster may attack each turn. You may banish 1 "Contract with the Dark Master" from your hand or Deck to have this card gain the following effect: once per turn, you can destroy 1 monster your opponent controls; inflict damage to your opponent equal to 100 X the Level of the destroyed monster. Paradox Body: Demise, Living Apocalypse Fiend/Effect/Dark 8/2400/2000 -Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned (from your hand) by banishing 1 "Demise, King of Armageddon" in your Deck. Only 1 "Paradox Body:" monster may attack each turn. You may banish 1 "End of the World" from your hand or Deck to have this card gain the following effect: once, during either player's turn, you can destroy all cards on the field, except this card. Paradox Body: Destroyer Garlandolf Fiend/Effect/Dark 7/2500/1400 -Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned (from your hand) by banishing 1 "Garlandolf, King of Destruction" in your Deck. Only 1 "Paradox Body:" monster may attack each turn. You may banish 1 "Ritual of Destruction" from your hand or Deck to have this card gain the following effect: once, destroy all other face-up monsters on the field with DEF less than or equal to this card's ATK. This card gains 100 ATK for each monster destroyed by this effect. Paradox Body: Garma of Blade Fiend/Effect/Dark 7/2550/2150 -Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned (from your hand) by banishing 1 "Garma Sword" in your Deck. Only 1 "Paradox Body:" monster may attack each turn. You may banish 1 "Garma Sword Oath" from your hand or Deck to have this card gain the following effect: once, add 1 "Paradox Body:" monster in your Deck or Graveyard to your hand. Paradox Body: Anarchist Mage Fiend/Effect/Dark 8/2800/2600 -Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned (from your hand) by banishing 1 "Magician of Black Chaos" in your Deck. Only 1 "Paradox Body:" monster may attack each turn. You may banish 1 "Black Magic Ritual" from your hand or Deck to have this card gain the following effect: once per turn, you can destroy 1 Spell or Trap card on your opponent's side of the field; inflict 500 points of damage to your opponent. Paradox Body: Masked Behemoth Fiend/Effect/Dark 8/3200/1800 -Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned (from your hand) by banishing 1 "The Masked Beast" in your Deck. Only 1 "Paradox Body:" monster may attack each turn. You may banish 1 "Curse of the Masked Beast" from your hand or Deck to have this card gain the following effect: when this card destroys a monster as a result of battle, either increase this card's ATK by 200 points or destroy 1 card on the field. Paradox Body: Zera Finality Fiend/Effect/Dark 8/2800/2300 -Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned (from your hand) by banishing 1 "Zera the Mant" in your Deck. Only 1 "Paradox Body:" monster may attack each turn. You may banish 1 "Zera Ritual" from your hand or Deck to have this card gain the following effect: once, destroy all monsters on your opponent's side of the field. [/spoiler] -SPELLS------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Parallel Paradox Continuous Spell card -Once per turn, you can shuffle 1 Ritual monster into your hand to your Deck; then, add 1 "Paradox Body:" monster in your Deck to your hand. Paradox Tactical Ambush Continuous Spell card -Whenever a card is banished due to the effect of a "Paradox" card you control, inflict 400 points of damage to your opponent. Paradox Artillery Equip Spell card -Equip this card to a "Paradox Body:" monster. If the equipped monster destroys a monster, it can attack once again in a row. You can double any battle damage the equipped monster inflicts to your opponent by banishing 1 card in your Graveyard. Warp Paradox Zone Field Spell card -When a "Paradox Body:" monster is destroyed, you can Special Summon 1 banished Ritual Monster mentioned in the effect of the removed monster, regardless of summoning conditions; then, you can shuffle 1 banished Ritual Spell card into your Deck. Paradox Inducing Physics QP Spell card -Negate a card effect that targets a "Paradox" card you control, and if you do, destroy that card. -RITUAL BOSS---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Paradox Embodiment Ritual Ritual Spell card -This card is used to Ritual Summon "Paradox Body Lord, Ezzaiah". You must also Tribute 2 "Paradox Body:" monsters you control (they are treated as Level 6 monsters). Shuffle all banished Ritual Monsters into the owner's Deck; for every card shuffled into the Deck due to this card's effect, "Paradox Body Lord, Ezzaiah" gains 500 ATK. When this card's effect resolves, banish it. Paradox Body Lord, Ezzaiah Ritual/Fiend/Effect/Dark 12/0/3000 -This card can only be Ritual Summoned with the Ritual Spell card "Paradox Embodiment Ritual". When this card is Ritual Summoned, destroy all other cards on the field. Only 1 "Paradox Body:" monster may attack each turn, in addition to this card. If this card is targeted by a card effect, you can banish 1 "Paradox Body:" monster in your Graveyard to negate the effect, and if you do, destroy that card. -EXTRA DECK----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Paradox Body Elite, Ezzoh XYZ/Fiend/Effect/Dark 7/2800/2500 2 Level 7 Fiend-type Monsters -Only 1 "Paradox Body:" monster may attack each turn, in addition to this card. When this card is XYZ Summoned, the owner of this card draws a card. Once per turn, during either player's turn, you can detach 1 XYZ Material from this card to shuffle 1 banished card into your Deck; then, inflict 400 points of damage to your opponent. Paradox Body Elite, Ezzieh XYZ/Fiend/Effect/Dark 8/2900/2700 2 Level 8 Fiend-type Monsters -Only 1 "Paradox Body:" monster may attack each turn, in addition to this card. When this card is destroyed, add 1 of its XYZ Materials to your hand. Once per turn, during either player's turn, you can detach 1 XYZ Material from this card to negate the destruction of a "Paradox Body:" monster. Unfortunately, when narrowing down my crop to retrain, I stuck specifically to DARK Ritual Monsters. Perhaps you could create a sister archetype to my own and call it something like 'Shadow Twin' or something. Then, you could use that for say, EARTH Ritual Monsters.
