This card was strictly made to summon out Utopia.

 

Card limit per deck: 2

 

Notes: Might seem overpowered, but Utopia will now only have one XYZ Material instead of two to block attacks, Leaving him more vulnerable.

 

 

This card can be used as two XYZ materials if XYZ summoning for Number 39: Utopia. If this card is used to summon Number 39: Utopia, then Number 39: Utopia gains 500 ATK and DEF.

I like the concept, but a little to OP for Utopia.

Also, the OCG needs a little work.

Seems pretty cool, and a good art as well. Not exactly Utopia-Related though.

I might recommend changing his attribute to LIGHT and giving him a more divine-knight-like picture.

I have now fixed this. As far as OCG goes, I need a bit of help with that. haha :)

Seems better, but XYZ should just be Xyz, and Utopia's entire name should be in quotes, and can be referred to as "it" in later cases. Nice pic, and not as OP anymore. Seems good!

And good point on the detach defect. And no boost to C39 anymore. Now I wish they would make this card.

I do need to work on my OCG.

And now that I think about it, I guess the Utopia > Utopia ray stacking effects were a bit OP.

And yes, the detach defect was intended, just didn't think through to Utopia Ray's effect either.

It's not that you need help with it, it's just... While the anime had cards that were all: "This card is treated as 2 Materials for [blah]", the actual game itself never really caught onto that concept(and for good reasons too), and any of the cards that had effects like that either had different effects all together, or some effect that let you play another copy of itself when they were made into actual cards. So as far as the first effect goes, that is just up in the air for any way you want to word it really.
For the second effect, you would might want to change it to something like:

If you Xyz Summon a "Number 39: Utopia" using this card as an Xyz Material, that monster gains this effect:
● When it is Xyz Summoned: It gains 500 ATK and DEF

While the anime had cards that were all: "This card is treated as 2 Materials for [blah]", the actual game itself never really caught onto that concept(and for good reasons too), and any of the cards that had effects like that either had different effects all together, or some effect that let you play another copy of itself when they were made into actual cards. This card counts as two Xyz materials for"Number 39: Utopia". If you Xyz Summon a "Number 39: Utopia" using this card as an Xyz Material, that monster gains this effect:
● When it is Xyz Summoned: It gains 500 ATK and DEF

Since, really, you have to include that it counts as 2 Material for your Xyz Summon, and not just leave it as "This card counts as two Materials for Utopia". You currently have written as though the monster itself is treated as 2 Materials while attached, which doesn't make sense because it's once monster, and contradicts itself.
