The Theros Gods called, they want their emissaries-- wait, what? An exchange program? Alright, understandable.
During your Standby Phase: If you opponent controls 2 or more non-Beast-Type monsters; you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). During the End Phase after of the turn this card is Special Summoned, return it to your hand.
Emissary of Purphoros Yulle seems rather underpowered compared to the other base Galaxy Beasts. Granted, it's got the highest ATK out of all of them, but 1600 ATK can't stand up to much, especially when it's more or less a vanilla monster after it appears.
During your Standby Phase: If you opponent controls 2 or more non-Beast-Type monsters; you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). Once per turn: You can target 2 WATER monsters in your Graveyard; and banish them, and if you do, draw 3 cards. When this card is sent to the Graveyard: Add 1 "Galaxy Beast" from your Deck to your hand.
Emissary of Thassa Pruol's draw effect is ridiculous, especially if combined with Banisharks and the like. (I presume the banishing is not part of the cost.) That's already a +2 after a bit of setup, which is easily met with Skreech. The fact that Pruol can replace itself with another copy when you discard/mill/Tribute it for anything, be it a cost or whatnot, makes for some crazy Deck thinning. Maybe if you change the draw effect to something like Moray of Greed, then it'd be better.
During your Standby Phase: If you opponent controls 2 or more non-Beast-Type monsters; you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). If  When this card was Normal Summoned: Target up to 2 Spell/Trap cards in your Graveyard; and add them to your hand.
Emissary of Heliod Borkin's name speaks for itself - Broken. You get an immediate recycling of 2 Spells or Traps, with no restriction as to what kind you can take. Reclaim a used Dark Hole and Book of Moon for the price of one Normal Summon without waiting? There's a reason why Magician of Faith got banned.
During your Standby Phase: If you opponent controls 2 or more non-Beast-Type monsters; you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). Once per turn: Target 1 "Galaxy Beast" monster you control; and return it to your hand, and if you do, destroy all face-up cards on the field.
Emissary of Nylea Coirbun is also nasty. It's essentially a free face-up boardwipe that can reuse itself by returning itself to the hand (I assume the bounce is not part of the cost). And if your opponent didn't control enough non-Beasts for you to Special Summon Coirbun, you can still Normal Summon it to bounce itself while nuking everything else. Recall Judgment Dragon? This is a lot worse since Coirbun can dodge removal like a Spirit.
Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card to target 1 face-up monster; and it gains 1000 ATK. During your End Phase, Destroy any all monsters that gained ATK or DEF during this turn.
Emissary of Erebos Bailoes practically pales in comparison to the four Galaxy Beasts (barring Yulle) by now. How does it interact with continuous stat-boosting effects like Solidarity?
When you Special Summon a "Galaxy Beast" monster: You can Special Summon 1 "Galaxy Beast" monster from your hand with less DEF than that monster. You can only use the effect of "Forbidden Galaxy Codex" once per turn.
This makes a mockery of Yulle, since the player has less of a reason to Special Summon it, on top of its lackluster effect. The Codex itself is okay.
When a "Galaxy Beast" monster is Special Summoned: Inflict 500 Life Points damage to both players. When this card leaves the field: Change the Battle Position of all non-"Galaxy Beast" monsters.
...Eh. I would say "mediocre" for its burn effect, but considering that you can Special Summon a handful of Galaxy Beasts at one shot, the damage can become quite frightening.
When this card is Activated: Destroy all non-DARK monsters, then add 1 "Galaxy Beast" monster from your Deck to your hand equal to the amount of non-DARK for each monster destroyed this way.
Can amount to a ridiculous swing in card advantage, up to a maximum of +10. Maybe just make it add a single Galaxy Beast regardless of how much of the field you destroyed.
You can only control 1 "Galaxy King" monster. Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card to target 1 face-up "Galaxy Beast" monster; it can make a second attack twice during your each Battle Phase this turn. When this card is sent to the Graveyard by card effect or battle: You can banish this card from your Graveyard; to Special Summon all the Xyz Material Monsters that was used to Xyz Summon this card from the Graveyard (if any).
Rather lackluster for a 3-specific-Material monster that can't support itself. Maybe give the King a little more ATK?
You can only control 1 "Galaxy King" monster. When this card is sent to the Graveyard: Add 1 "Galaxy Beast" monster from your Deck to your hand. If this card has "Galaxy King Lannexton" as an Xyz Material, it gains this effect.

No effect that requires a use of its Xyz Material?

you used yugico why this site has a card maker

I prefer the look of Yugico, simple.

Thank you for the review, I didn't really check back on this thread after the first bump and at this point I've given up on card making for a while. When it comes to no detach for Olrextor, I don't really know what I was thinking.

Alright firstly for yulle, you might want to make the attack go up by a little (lets say 1900) because if you use its effect to summon it it is returned to hand at the end phase. For prulle, draw 3 cards is way too much, no cards in the game let you do that, you should make it 1 or 2.

I searched card effects for "Draw 3" and these came up.

Anyway, as I said I have no interest in making cards at the moment, however thank you for the advice, I may update the cards at some point in the future however not at the moment.

Anyway, as I said I have no interest in making cards at the moment, however thank you for the advice, I may update the cards at some point in the future however not at the moment.

The few effects that let you draw 3 cards without needing a relatively strict setup usually don't give you so much net card advantage. "shuffle/discard 2 from hand and draw 3" cards usually nets a +0. 3-Hump Lacooda becomes a tedious +1 since it involves summoning more copies of it while it lacks staying power. 7 is also a +0, and it takes a while to get to your 3 7s.

The only cards that explicitly give a +2 or +3 from a draw 3 effect without significant luck involved is Fifth Hope or The Beginning of the End. Both take a little more effort to get 5 of the desired monsters in the Graveyard. Pruol's draw 3 is easily met with a Skreech, and Skreech can mill a Pruol which helps you tutor another copy of Pruol, immediately setting you up for Pruol's +3.
