Other face-up "Phantom Beast" monsters you control are unaffected by the effects of your opponent's Trap Cards and Quick-Play Spell Cards. When this card is destroyed by your opponent (either by battle or by a card effect): You can Special Summon 1 "Phantom Beast" monster from your hand or Graveyard, except "Phantom Beast Ange-Leon". I don't see the functionality much in this card, especially since Mecha Phantom Beasts typically want to be on the field with Tokens to use their effects, and this seems kind of....counterproductive. Aerosguin likes to be in the Graveyard, as a particular example, and really does nothing when it's Banished. You can probably make it so that your cards aren't affected by ANY Spells, not just Quick-Plays, along with Traps, and still get away with it. 2k ATK is also way weak for a level 7; maybe give it 2.4k and it'd be nicer than what it is now. You are missing the whole point of this card: It was not made to work with MECHA Phantom Beasts, but only Phantom Beasts, a group of a Beast-Warrior monsters and gazelle I think. OT: This card is pretty cool, being able to summon itself by banishing phantom beast cards make horn of the phantom beast even more playable. The quick play spell thing seems a little bit odd and unecessary, removing that clause and raising its atk to something around 2400/2600 should be fine, and make it summon only from deck the or Graveyard, Level 4 or lower because of the rock lizard, it would be too easy to xyz with those two boss.
