When an opponent's Xyz Monster declares an attack: You can equip this monster from your hand to the attacking monster. The equipped monster cannot attack. When an opponent's monster declares a direct attack: You can Special Summon this card from your Graveyard. If you do, banish it when it is destroyed.

 

It ain't exactly 300, but the rest of the Kuri series have 300 ATK so...yeah. A card that is situational depending on if your opponent summons Xyz monster often, but can prevent card like Blade Armor, Galaxy-Eyes Tachyon, and other battle eccentric/strong Xyz monsters giving strong blows. The secondary protection eff can go in hand with its LIGHT advantage as well. Any other thoughts?

I have a hunch that if it's released, it'll be banished when it leaves the Field, not specifically when destroyed. And I think it needs a buff where you can equip it during either turn to one Xyz, rather than only when an Xyz attacks.

Well Kuriboh monsters tend to activate during the Battle Phase anyways. But if it needed a buff of sorts, maybe it can be like a one-turn limited Fiendish Chain.

Oh, I know what it needs...to negate the effect(s) of the Xyz as well. So...yeah, like Fiendish Chain.

the fact that Rainbow Kuriboh is severely outclassed by Fiendish Chain AND FaderCrowGentlemanderect makes this card terrible.  Therefore, because of my closed-minded, ignorant view of the world, I'm going to call it gay for being rainbow-colored and bad.
