dandandalaxy
Like Goblin Ultra Attack Force, I made a kinda OPed card. It is very hard to get rid of and will work really well in flip effect decks. I might start making an archetype in about 4-5 years in case our wandering! :P Why am I doing this so early? Trebuchet MS
You'd might as well condense the latter effect. This will be the result: "FLIP: Destroy the 1 monster your opponent controls that has the highest ATK. (If there's a tie, you get to choose). If this card is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard: Target 1 Level 3 or lower monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon that target in face-down Defense Position." So, effectively, it's a pseudo-Hammer Shot on half a Spear Cretin. However, under most circumstances, the opponent is likely to destroy face-downs with effects, or attack with an expendable monster. I doubt this might be too big a problem.
newhat
Making it loop is a problem. This card can't be permanently destroyed by battle, and it will eventually wipe your opponent's field. Even if they attack it with Tour Guide or something, you will still kill it and you will still have this card. Perhaps this could be balanced with a mandatory penalty on the destructive effect, or a huge cost on the death effect.
