3 Level 3 WATER monsters

You can also Xyz Summon this card by using a "Number 17: Leviathan Dragon" you control as the Xyz Material. (Xyz Materials attached to that monster also become Xyz Materials on this card.) You can detach 1 Xyz material to target 1 face-up card on the field: negate the target's effect until the End phase; if the target is a monster, and this card battles it: this card gains 1000 ATK during Damage step only. Your Life points must be 1000 or less to activate and resolve this effect.
That actually seems pretty cool. I like the negation and attack boost, as well as the art.

The correct OCG should be something like this:

You can also Xyz Summon this card by using a "Number 17: Leviathan Dragon" you control as the Xyz Material. (Xyz Materials  attached to that monster also become Xyz Materials on this card.)

Nice card!

Thank you guys for your positvie feedback. I forgot to write down the pic creator. The creator is Raphtil on Deviantart, a very skilled *desginer* and he makes one of the coolest YGO artworks there is. I will continue with releasing a card called "Galactic Star Dragon" so watch out for it, and help me with the OCG, cuz i know i can't write it 100% right so any help is positive :D till next time! :D

It's not that great of a card, especially with the 1k LP restriction. But then again, that restriction is the trademark of all CXyz Monsters, but if you wanted to keep it to it's original flavour, you would definitely have to bump up the effect of the card. I would suggest destroying any 1 card on the field and it also gaining 1k ATK, instead of just gaining 1k ATK when it battles an opponent's monster, because you could just be running into Compulse/D-Prison/Mirror Force anyway, so it would be better to deal with those threats immediately. All in all, kind of sub-par. The whole "activate only if you have less than 1k Life Points" is a real turn-off for cards and you have to carefully balance a slippery slope so that it's not completely broken, but 1k Life Points is such a thin margin that it doesn't even matter next turn, especially in competitive play.
