hackingace97
You can target 1 "Utopia" monster equip this monster on the field to that target. It gains 2000 ATK. While this card is equipped to a monster, the equipped monster gain ATK equal to the damage you would have taken, instead. You can only control 1 face-up "ZW - Metal Pterosaur Bow Sword". Trebuchet MS
Ladia Bale called, it wants its image back. Now that I got that out of my system, let's review while fixing the card text. You can target 1 "Number C39: Utopia Ray V" or "Number C39: Utopia Ray Victory" you control; equip this card monster from your hand to that target. It gains 3000 ATK. At the start of the Damage Step, if the equipped monster battled an opponent's monster: the opponent's Negate that monster's effects is negated, then inflict damage to your opponent's Life Points equal to that monster's ATK comes out of your opponent's Life Points. You can only control 1 face-up "ZW - Bowsowrd". I hope Bowsowrd was intended and not a typo, because that's not how I'd normally spell Bowsword. Its stats alone are pretty insane - stats of Blue-Eyes on a LV6 monster is nothing to laugh about. Leo Arms got away with that because it's a Rank 5 Xyz monster and can't attack the opponent directly. Then we get to its equip effect where it negates the attack target's effects in addition to inflicting massive damage before even applying damage calculation, effectively being a combination of Ray V's and Ray Victory's effects. And this is before we even begin thinking of what its equip targets will do when interacting with this effect (for starters, Ray Victory roflstomping anything it attacks with the opponent being nearly unable to do anything). In short, incredibly powerful for a ZW.

goddamnit names are a pain
You should add the period to the last sentence. I would make it to where it gains 2000 attack, since all ZW that give attack give attack equal to the ZW's own attack. I like how you merged some effects into one ZW. I would edit it, due to it's power level, to say that you have to equip it from the field to the Utopia V(ictory). Thismonster needs a space in it. And ZW are usually based off of a creature of some sort with a weapon. So, maybe a name change/picture change? And I would make it to where the effect is negated during the battle phase, and the damage is dealt after the monster you battle is destroyed, to match actual cards. But hey, it's just my opinion. Overall, I like the card.

Trebuchet MS
Alright, the usual routine. You can target 1 "Number C39: Utopia Ray V" or "Number C39: Utopia Ray Victory" you control; equip this monster on the field to that target. It gains 2000 ATK. If you would take damage from a monster effect while this card is equipped to a monster: when a monster effect would make you lose Life Points You can add the same amount of have the equipped monster gain ATK equal to the damage you would have taken, instead. You can only control 1 face-up "ZW - Metal Pterosaur Bow Sword". At this point, with the stricter equipment restrictions, and a more situational effect, it would be nice if you can equip this to any "Utopia" monster, not just its Rank-Up-Chaos-counterparts. Remember that "Number C39: Utopia Ray" still exists, despite next to nobody using it.
goddamnit names are a pain
I like the card effect even better now, but how many monsters deal effect damage? It might be better to have it activate whenever you would take any effect damage. But seriously, nice work fixing the mistakes/kinks. I'd play this ZW if it had one more level 6 to accompany it. *Gets an idea*
hackingace97
ok I when and fix the card effect so now all 39 monsters can be equip with this card and thank you fore all help
Trebuchet MS
One final tweak, because it is a potential source of confusion: You can target 1 "Utopia" monster you control; equip this monster on the field to that target. It gains 2000 ATK. If you would take damage from a card effect while this card is equipped to a monster, you can have the equipped monster gains ATK equal to the damage you would have taken, instead. You can only control 1 face-up "ZW - Metal Pterosaur Bow Sword". This makes the effect clearly state that it prevents effect damage, and it's a passive effect that doesn't start a Chain.
