Mehmani
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing from play 1 Spirit monster from your hand and your Graveyard. Spirit monsters you control do not have to have their effects that return them to the hand activated. You can Tribute 1 Spirit monster to Special Summon 1 Spirit monster from your hand (ignoring the Summoning conditions). If a Spirit monster you control is destroyed by a card effect: You can add 1 Spirit monster from your Graveyard to your hand. As long as this card is face-up on the field, you cannot Summon monsters from your Extra Deck. Powerful enough to give Spirits a gentle push, not a shove down the stairs - that is the intention of this card. It's summoning conditions are reachable without being too easy to achieve. It recycles fallen Spirits without directly reviving them and has the Izanagi clause. It's a strong beatstick that can hold its own in battle. The Extra Deck clause allows it to only work in a Pure Spirit deck, preventing Level 8 Xyz abuse with Hino-Kago-Tsuchi and suchlike. Have at it RC. Sander
You can Tribute 1 Spirit monster to Special Summon 1 Spirit monster from your hand. Yeah, because that'll work, especially when Spirit Monsters cannot be Special Summoned. Really, if you want to have your Spirit monsters remain on the field, you may as well run the Spell card that prevents them from returning to the hand, given that you need to get rid of 2 Spirits to get it onto the field (the hand part kinda screws it over). What Spirit monsters need is a way to consistently get onto the field, and my friend, does not work, as I've explained already. I can see what you tried to do, but since Spirit Monsters cannot be Special Summoned, it's all moot. What you can try to do is that for this card to allow you to Normal Summon a Level 5 or higher Spirit monster without Tributes.

I'm awfully sorry about that; I've fixed it up now.

Blueeyeszombiedragon
This card is pretty good, but as a concept, not as something which could actually be used in the game. It has a good effect, well balanced and excellent but not perfect OCG. I am actually working on a card at the moment to help Gemini monsters pick up some speed in the game, so I know how hard it is to keep it as the type of monster it is and still try to give it an advantage. Cool card!
