Sora1499
Ghostrick Syren {DARK/Level 2/Spellcaster/Tuner} Cannot be Normal Summoned unless you control a "Ghostrick" monster. Once per turn: You can change this card to face-down Defense Position. When this card is flipped face-up: You can target Level 3 or lower "Ghostrick" monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon that target, then you can change 1 monster your opponent controls to face-down Defense Position. You can only use this effect of "Ghostrick Syren" once per turn. 400/1600 Ghostrick Banshee {DARK/Level 1/Fiend/Tuner} Cannot be Normal Summoned unless you control a "Ghostrick" monster. Once per turn: You can change this card to face-down Defense Position. When your opponent's monster targets a "Ghostrick" monster for an attack: You can Special Summon this card from the hand in face-down Defense Position, and if you do, that attack target monster is not destroyed by battle. 500/0 Ghostrick Bogus-Man {DARK/Level 4/Zombie/Synchro/Effect} 1 DARK Tuner + 1 or more "Ghostrick" non-Tuner monsters Your opponent cannot target other "Ghostrick" or face-down monsters you control for attacks. All other "Ghostrick" monsters you control gain 500 ATK and DEF. Once per turn: You can change 1 face-down Defense Position monster you control to Attack Position OR face-up Defense Position. When this card is destroyed by your opponent's card (either by battle or by card effect) and sent to the Graveyard, you can target 1 "Ghostrick" card in your Graveyard; add that target to the hand. 1900/1200 Ghostrick Ino {DARK/Level 5/Zombie/Synchro/Effect} 1 DARK Tuner + 1 or more "Ghostrick" non-Tuner monsters Your opponent cannot target other "Ghostrick" or face-down monsters you control for attacks. Once per turn: You can target 1 face-up card your opponent controls; Set that target. When this card is destroyed by your opponent's card (either by battle or by card effect) and sent to the Graveyard, you can target 1 "Ghostrick" card in your Graveyard; add that target to the hand. 2300/1600

Darj
I am not liking Syren because she outclasses Witch; maybe you should remove the position-changing effect. Banshee is good in my opinion. The Synchros are fine too. But I think you should leave the "Your opponent cannot target other "Ghostrick" or face-down monsters you control for attacks." only to Alucard because you could lock the opponent from attacking with any combination of Alucard, Bogus and Ino. And you could play with other types for more type diversity, altough leaving them as Zombies would be interesting with Zombie Master and Mezuki support. Sora1499
Witch kinda sucks though, so I made Syren in part as an upgrade. I'll also remove the no-attack clause from the Synchros. I could make them fiends. In fact, I think I will. Thanks for the review.
Darj
Witch kinda sucks though, so I made Syren in part as an upgrade. I know, but I think it is not fair to create cards that outclass existing ones; if players barely run Witch (if at all), with Syren now they would have even less reasons to do so, except for going for Rank 2s. But that's just me. Most likely no one else would mind Syren's current effect so you can leave it like that.
