Baragan
If your opponent Summons more then 2 monsters; Special Summon this card from your hand and it becomes the End Phase. If this card leaves the field; banish it.

goddamnit names are a pain
OCG Fixes: If your opponent Summons more then 2 monsters during their turn; (you can) Special Summon this card from your hand. (If you do,) it becomes the End Phase of your opponent's turn. If this card leaves the field; banish it. (You can only activate the effect of "Tuner's Scheme" once per duel.) Stuff in parentheses are my recommendations. I like the card, but the name sounds like a Spell/Trap more than a monster. I like the fact that is a level four tuner that stops any kind of Xyz Summon. I think some of the parentheses are needed to stop this card from being OP.
Nathanael D. Striker
Before I begin, I turn your attention to this: http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Tuner's_Scheme Something tells me you took the name and image, and you are now claiming it as your own. Now onto the card: I'm confused. Do you mean two monsters during a turn or two monsters at once? I'm going to assume the former as I review this card. So, we have a Level 4 Tuner that can come out at any time and automatically make it the End Phase. Interesting to say the least as it prevents things from getting too nasty if your opponent is up to something. The following is how the effect should be worded (sorry TechGenusMaster, but your fix is off) and how I would have done if if I was making this.
If your opponent Special Summons more than 2 monsters during their turn: You can Special Summon this card from your hand, and if you do, it becomes your opponent's End Phase. If this card is Special Summoned with this effect, banish it when it leaves the field. You can only activate the effect of "Tuner's Scheme" once per duel.
This effect fills up the holes that can lead to this card being abused. Also, it brings clarity to the condition in the first effect. Though, those stats seem odd for a Level 4 Tuner. Maybe make it either a Level 3 Tuner or change the stats to 1500 ATK and 1200 DEF? I hope this all helps.
goddamnit names are a pain
Yeah, I am not too good at OCG sentences. Konami changed them far to many times for any given one to seem correct. I think I was pretty close. XD Konami seems to be cramming a lot in one sentence now. =/ So you think that it should only happen if your opponent Special Summons? And it should only be banished if it was SS by its effect? I think if the player summons this guy instead of using his effect, they should miss the chance to use his effect by getting it banished. It not being banished gives opportunity for being recycled. Nathanael D. Striker
I gave it a Battle Fader-like clause when it came to the banishing. If it were to be in general, the with this effect clause is the only thing to be taken out. Also, the effect can only be used once. So, it can get away with that.
