Halloween Based Phantom Set

Overall the monsters need a bit more synergy if you're trying to make this set seriously. Reaper and pumpkin need stronger bosts than 500 and 200, *00 would be reasonable since the archtype doesn't really have too much going for it as of now.

Reaper needs a bit of work, but it'd be a fairly good monster If you took out the ATK loss effect and gave it a slight boost. It's nice, but unless you have a field of 4-5 monsters, it'll be absurdly weak. The once per turn effect needs a payoff, even if small, because if not then the effect becomes very worthless.

 

Pumpkin is Actually quite nice besides the need for a better boost.

 

Phantom House is probably the most solid card in the set, Summon support and a strong field prescence makes it the best card this set has.

 

Pumpkins an interesting card, an attack negator that also searches, I'm gonna have to say this is the best card in the set right after Phantom house.

 

So yeah, the set isn't meta, but i doubt you were aiming for that. 8/10 for the holiday treat! it would be a 9/10, but the art on the cards doesn't match up to each other.
