Why not Dark Mist or Daigusto Phoenix or Gachi Gachi? Even Shining Elf is better than this, especially in Spellcaster decks that can access it. The most you can get out of Buster is Xyz Changing it to Downerd Magician, unless they make RUM consistent enough to make C65 easier to access. Because they have a similar negate-effect effect.
