Bringerofcake
3 Level 3 DARK monsters Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; that target loses 1000 ATK and DEF. If this card has "Number 65: Djinn Buster" as an Xyz Material, it gains this effect. ● Monster effects cannot be activated on your opponent's side of the field. Almost worth Ranking Up 65. Once again, RUMs need to be searchable. Discuss.
newhat
There's probably a lockdown with this, but eh.
evilfusion
I like that its weakening effect doesn't require No.65. However, it's still a Rank 2, meaning you have to use Barian's Force or Numeron Force with a Rank 2 Fiend. And Rank 2 Fiends think that Dark Storm is a superior Rank-Up option on the basis that it's awesome and this isn't. 1600 ATK that reduces by 1000 is...okay. And locking down opponent Monster Effects from their Field has merits, I guess. But not a lot of them, when put on a 1600 body that required Rank-Up Magic on a mediocre Rank 2. Seriously, just use C96 if you're using Rank-Up Magic on Rank 2 Fiends. This is an OPTION in the Extra Deck if you're using a Rank 2 Deck, but other than that, steer clear of this. 玄魔の王
If this boosted itself instead of dropping mons, I'd love it. As is... no. Just no.
