the_engineer
2 Level 6 Spellcaster-Type Monsters This card cannot be destroyed by Spell/Trap effects. Once per turn, when a monster controlled by your Opponent declares an attack, You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card: Negate the attack, then flip a coin and apply the effect based on the result: - Head: Destroy the attacking monster; - Tails: Take control of that monster until the next End Phase. Its effect is negated and it cannot attack. any thought?

WindupRabbitFan14
The last part of the last effect is redundant since the current turn would be your opponents, and then it can't attack until the start of your turn - same difference. Card isn't awfully designed, but it could do with some work in my opinion.
Delibirb
Off Topic: Is that Phantom Thief Kid 1412? On Topic: Tails effect seems pretty OP. Usually on chance cards like this there is a potential drawback. Obviously since this is heads or tails the severity of the drawback may vary, but as your Head effect is Monster Destruction, the tails should be something equally as harmful to you. Especially given Level 6 Spellcasters are not a difficult feat.
Darj
The Tails effect is too powerful and arguably better than the Heads effect because the monster is never returned to the opponent's field. In my opinion the control change and effect negation should last until the End Phase (think of when Enemy Controller's 2nd effect is activated during the opponent's turn). That way, the Tails effect will be worse then Heads effect, but without affecting you.
the_engineer
edited the tails effect: it lasts only until your next end phase
patient99
I'm thinking just go with something like the tails effect gives you life points but you ditch a card.
