Dark Dragon Magician Ritual

The monster is way to beefy. It's basically a Chaos Sorceror on steroids. Change it up so that it can't attack after using it's effect, and perhaps reduce it's ATK a bit, like to 2700. Also, refer to your listed topic for the proper use of OCG (Official Card Grammar)

Giving up an extra card for a Chaos Sorc with 400 more ATK makes this not worth the effort at all. And since this doesn't go all that well with Prep-o'-Rites due to being Level 8, you're going to end up playing this with Contract With the Abyss very often instead of ARA, which is one or two more cards that you give up so this can go live. Don't encourage the OP to ruin this card with your horrible suggestions. Don't pretend you have knowledge in things that you know nothing about, because this is seriously a horrible suggestion to make.

As for this card, its only real competition is Demise and Zorc (the other three potential candidates are non-effect monsters, the only advantage one of them has over this is that it has a mere 200 more ATK). Demise nukes the entire field for 2k HP, and Zorc can nuke multiple cards (yet has a risk of failing miserably). Now, Demise's 2k HP cost can, at times, turn it into a 2400 vanilla, plus, that said ATK score makes Demise quite easy to run over without your opponent expending much resources. This card's effect is free, usable after being SSed with Fulfillment of the Contract, and bypasses anti-destruction effects. Therefore, this card has its perks over Demise, and still, Demise's ability to plow through multiple cards gives it some sort of advantage over this in desperate situations.

Then we have Zorc. Like Demise, Zorc can wipe out multiple monsters. However, Zorc's issue is that his effect is purely luck-based. His effect has a 33% chance of being a Raigeki that doesn't care about Starlight Road, a 50% chance of being a single-monster removal that doesn't target, and a 17% chance of backfiring and nuking your own field after you had expended so many resources into bringing him out. This card has more ATK, no risks, and can bypass anti-destruction effects, making it a much better secondary option to Demise when running a Level 8 Ritual Monster Deck.

While this card makes a nice replacement for Zorc, I would be more appreciative of a card that could help Ritual Decks get around their resource issues, since Contract With the Abyss takes out three of your cards (usually) to bring out a Ritual Monster that could easily be taken out with a sly BTH, Warning, or TT. However, you shouldn't really try to give this card a makeover for me, as the card is pretty alright for what it is. If anything, let this card be able to banish any one card as a 1/turn effect, rather than just monsters.

As for your Ritual Spell Card, it is very lacking in that all it does it bring out the Ritual Monster. However, you won't really have to worry much about this, as you'll either be Ritual Summoning this with Advanced Ritual Arts or Contract With the Abyss pretty much every time. Still, it would be neat to give this an additional effect for when you Ritual Summon the monster. Perhaps it could reward the player by protecting the Ritual Monster from something your opponent throws at it. After all, you do lose 2-3 cards to Summon it, and losing this after all of that would be dreadful.
