Dunno what you're thinking, but Leodrake and this have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING in common. Anyways, it's....hmm, how do I put this: A more refined BRD, almost. Instead of an entire field nuke, it just goes the S/T's your opponent has. Strong, but with next to no defense so it's not unbearable, and the burn effect could only do what, 1500 max? WTH??? It was the first thing that came to mind when I saw its Level and Synchro conditions. But that's just as far as it goes, seeing Leodrake has no effect.
