Cannot be Special Summoned from the Graveayrd. Can be Special Summoned from your hand by sending to the Graveyard 1 card from your side of the field with 5 Spell Counters on it. Increase this card ATK by 300 for every Spell Counter on the field. When this card is destroyed by battle: You can pay 1000 Life Points to add 1 Spell Card from your Graveyard to your hand.

 

I'm not sure if paying 1000 Life Points to get a Spell Card from your grave would be worth... I was thinking about changing to 500.

Since you're saying "can be", I'm assuming that it's just another optional way of Special Summoning the card (like Cyber Dragon). Anyway, that aside, I honestly don't see why any serious Spellcaster deck would use this card but I could see it being used in casual play. Although it seems like a bit of a hassle to Summon but since it can retrieve a Spell Card, it could be worth it. Oh btw, personally, I would reduce the number of Spell Counters from 5 to 3.

Thanks for the feedback! I was thinking about reducing the Spell Counters from 5 to 3 like you said, and not sending the card to the graveyard, just removing the counters.

This card would not work in meta spellcasters since Spellbooks pretty much dumped the idea of Spell counters in favour of spamming spell cards.

 

Although it could work in old school spellcasters as Matches said, a more casual environment would be suitable.
