Big Lez
This card is a cute little response to cards like Darkness Neosphere or Malefic Cyber End Dragon, or...you know where im heading Your opponent controls a monster with 4000 ATK - Get this one out and beat it. At first i wanted the effect to be : When your opponent controls a monster with 4k ATK...blabla but this would have made this card hard to use. Im not sure if this is a fair card, since you can instantly summon a 4000 ATK monster, wich can be Special Summoned other ways + only needs 2 Tributes...but then again. What about Darkness Neosphere, Malefics, and so on Also, you can negate its attack, it has no further effects, wich could protect him and your opponent must at least control 1 monster (wich would be equally strong then). So much for my defense. Let me know what YOU Think :) I know this could also be a "Pop Culture Card" But it actually isnt supposed to be one. I just think that this Artwork fits the yugioh Theme and "Deadly Bomber" - So forgive me for using a DBZ picture.. When the total ATK of monsters your opponent controls equals 4000 or more: You can Special Summon this card from your hand. Once per turn, When this card is destroyed by Battle and sent to Graveyard: Special Summon it in face-up Attack Position; halve it's ATK.
Baragan
I think this card is fair and not OP. You still have to control monsters with 4000 atk
newhat
I don't know how the second effect would work; it resets whenever it leaves the field.. How about this? [quote&name="Deadly Bomber Krelos"]If your opponent controls monsters whose ATK totals 4000 or more, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). If this card is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard: Special Summon it, but its ATK is halved. This effect of "Deadly Bomber Krelos" can only be used once per turn. [/quote] The timing specifies the Graveyard because otherwise it hasn't gone anywhere yet and therefore has nowhere to be Special Summoned from. It's kind of weird that this has 4000 ATK at Level 8. Trebuchet MS
Unless you used Battle Fader or Threatening Roar to save your life, by the time your opponent has monsters with total ATK over 4000, you're probably already in a losing position. This won't exactly help matters.

This won't exactly help matters. THis is supposed to be more of an attacking thing. Your opponent could also control like 3 monsters with about 1500 ATK...And would have just destroyed your defenses. In your turn, you can Summon this little thing. I think this would help you then?
PinesolOfChaos
needs to limit itself to being summoned by its own effect since there's no drawbacks to the card. gotta abide by that rule of 3000 if you want it to be normal-summon-able
