BarrelDragonCalista
This is a set of two monster cards (both dragons) that work together. I am creating these cards for a character in my in-progress Yu-Gi-Oh 5D's fan fiction story. Please, let me know if they're any good and what tweaking they ought to have, if any. (I have also created an alternate Black Hole Dragon for the purpose of fitting with this chain, as I had the idea before I knew it already exsisted. It will not be showing here, though. At least not right now.) [attachment=39837:Dark Matter Dragon-resized.png] [attachment=39836:Dark Energy Dragon-resized.png] Here's a quick effect decription of the Black Hole Dragon, which is a synchro monster: 1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters Once per turn, declare 1 card name. If that card is played this turn, you can draw 1 card. Once per Duel, you can remove this card in the Graveyard from play to add 1 "Dark Energy Dragon" or 1 "Dark Matter Dragon" from you Deck or Graveyard to your hand. Toffee.
By any chance, are these only Level 7 because said character in your fic just-so-happens to play Dragon Rulers? Also Black Hole Dragon doesn't exist. If it does, and it's the name of someone else' pre-existing card, then likely it's pure chance that it does. That aside, though, I like the implied shenanigans with Fires of Doomsday. But it seems a little sketchy.

And you know what, you're right about Black Hole Dragon. I only looked at the copyright, which was identical to the actual card copyrights, and didn't bother to check the set ID. Thanks. In creating these cards, I was truly only thinking of how they'd work with each other, not with other cards. Thank you for your review, BarrelDragonCalista
BarrelDragonCalista
Alright, here's Black Hole Dragon. (Sorry it wasn't up with the other two. I realized I had some changes to make and it was too big to fit with the other two, anyway.) [attachment=39838:Black Hole Dragon-resized xs.png] Effect: 1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters Once per turn, declare 1 card name. If that card is played this turn, you can draw 1 card. Once per Duel, you can remove this card in the Graveyard from play to add 1 "Dark Energy Dragon" or 1 "Dark Matter Dragon" from you Deck or Graveyard to your hand. If this card is on the field when Cosmos Dragon is summoned, you can choose 2 dark attribute monster cards from your deck and add them to your hand. Â (Sorry this is too small to read or make out clearer. I had to make it so small to fit the size limit.)
Toffee.
You didn't need to make that an attachment. Just do what you did for the first post. Also as far as Set IDs, Copyrights, etc, for custom cards; Disregard that, or at least, don't take it that seriously(I mean, it's nice to include them). Mostly, because, again, custom cards sharing names/set IDs/etc is usually just pure coincidence.

Mostly, because, again, custom cards sharing names/set IDs/etc is usually just pure coincidence. Actually, it wouldn't let me put any of the pictures in as anything but attachments. And I like to make my cards as realistic as possible, so that's why I put the ID stuff in. And the thing is, the offical Konami cards can be identifed as the true cards by their copyright, set ID's, and serial numbers. I was looking at the copyright info when I was looking to find out if there was already an official Black Hole Dragon. At the time, the copyright looked exactly right. Now I realize that the name was right, but the date was two years later than most. And the set ID existed, but that card was not in that set. So somebody was making thei card look VERY much like the offical cards.
Toffee.
Part of the "real copyright" you were talking about comes from that holofoil stamp in the very bottom right corner, since images of custom cards literally cannot display such a thing. Also I never said anything was wrong with making them as realistic as possible. Just said that if a card you made unintentionally has the same name as another card someone made; Don't worry about it.And you could always use The actual Yugioh Wiki to look for actual cards that already exist, to save you some trouble. And I wasn't worried about someone else having made one already, I just didn't know if there was an official one. Well, thanks for the wiki. I'll be sure to use it from now on.
