You don't draw cards from your Graveyard. Or perhaps you meant "add the top 2 cards of your Graveyard to your hand"?

 

And what happens if you take Spell/Trap cards?

So, knowing what you want to do:

 

When this card is Normal Summoned: successfully, You can draw add the top 2 cards from your Graveyard to your hand. If the 2 cards you added this way contain monsters whose total ATK is equal to or more than are 2000, Atk. or higher destroy look at your opponent's hand, and discard 2 cards of your choice from your opponent's hand. If the 2 cards you added this way contain monsters whose total ATK is are less than 2000 Atk., destroy them send all monsters among those cards to the Graveyard and draw 1 card, then it becomes the End Phase of this turn.

The problem I see is that one could rig the top of their Graveyard according to what monsters they Tribute for this card's Normal Summon. This means that this card's positive effect, which lets you see your opponent's hand and choose what cards your opponent loses (in comparison to other effects which either make it random or have the opponent decide what to discard), is very easily triggered, and produces a very silly advantage in both cards available and knowledge you have on your opponent.

 

And this is before we get to the ability for one to reuse any of their used Spells and Traps almost instantly.
