This is the card i used to enter and win the contest, need some reviews and CnC, thx u very much

 

This card can attack twice during each Battle Phase. After resolving a card effect that targets this face-up card, destroy this card. During either player's turn, if all face-up monsters you control are "Swift Air Striker"; you can return this face-up card on the field to it's owner hand. While you control 3 or more face-up "Swift Air Striker", if this card attacks or is attacked, your opponent cannot activate cards or effects until the end of the Damage Step.

 

i changed "While you control 3 "Swift Air Striker"" to "While you control 3 or more face-up "Swift Air Striker"" since im planned to make some supports of this card

The fact it's a 1900 double attacker is rather iffy, even WITH the 'destroy this card if its targeted by an effect' part.
Although...
Given the fact that it can just return itself if it's the only thing out, that basically removes the whole downside of the Targeting part, due to the fact it could just chain it's own effect and the card that would have been Targeting it no longer has anything going for it, and you still keep your monster.
