Awakened Gishki Levance [DT - New World]

After Sombre and Kerykeion apparently granted some of their powers to Roach and Leodrake, I decided to make a version of Gishki Avance (shown to be a survivor of the DT wars in the artwork of Sacred Serpent's Wake) who was also powered up by the two new deities, granting him the ability of accessing the powers of his Ritual version Levianima at will. His effect is a reference to this ability.

 

Introduction:

Before ascending to a higher plane, the Sacred Serpent (Sacred Sombre and Verz Kerykeion) blessed the survivors of the war with its powers. Among the survivors was Gishki Avance, who was also gifted with these new powers, which had a side effect on him as he gained the ability of summoning the power of Evigishki Levianima, the Gishki monster that was bound to him after the boy was used as Tribute for its Ritual Summon, but without the need of a proper Ritual nor turning completely into that monster.

 

With these new powers, he became Levance (Levianima + Avance), and calls himself an "awakened" Gishki for his ability of calling for the powers of an Evigishki at will.

 

 

Awakened Gishki Levance

Appearance: Looks like Gishki Avance, wearing a Sacred-Verz themed armor (without a helmet) over his original outfit, but unlike Leoh's heavy armor, Avance's appears to be lighter (similar to Trance's armor). His cape, necklace and sword can also be seen.

Effect: 2 Level 4  monsters
Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; this card gains 600 ATK until the end of your opponent's turn. Also, until the end f your opponent's turn, when this card declares an attack: Draw 1 card, and if you do, reveal it, then this card is unaffected by your opponent's cards of the same type as the revealed card, until the end of your opponent's turn.

 

 

As both Leoh and Belzebuth, Levance is generic, and has an effect powerful enough to potentially be considered an staple.

As mentioned before, his effects are a reference to Levianima: After the boost, Levance reaches 2700 ATK, the same ATK as Levianima; then he gains a drawing effect with the same condition as Levianima. However, his Attribute doesn't change, as Levance doesn't transform completely into Levianima.

The last part of the effect is a reference to the protection granted by the Sacred-Verz armor, under the assumption that it gives protection against effects as seen on Leoh.

Levance has the same DEF as Levianima, and his original ATK is the average of Avance's + Levianima's ATK.

 

 

Thoughts?

To be honest I feel that 2700 ATK is high for a Rank 4 even if it only lasts for up to 2 of the opponent's turns, but I want to know what others think about it.
