[Someone] CXyz Hellswarm Ouroboros!

well i just played random deck match with my friend and i won by Ophion's deck, it's very cool that ur opponent cant do anything (well, i wonder how can Frog-Monarch deck won against Ophion even he have a Dark Hole in hand lol),... so first i decided to make some card for Ophion, but its HQ and great related image are very hard to find, so i choose to take some time on the next card in that deck and ... poof!

During either player's turn: You can banish 1 "Trishula, Dragom of the Ice Barrier" from your Extra Deck or Graveyard; this card is unaffected by other card effects until the End Phase. If this card has "Evilswarm Ouroboros" as an Xyz Material, it gains this effect.
● Once per turn, during your Main Phase or your opponent's Battle Phase: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; banish 1 card from your opponent's field, hand or Graveyard, and if you do, your opponent draws 1 card.

 

CnC welcomes. (well im expecting some balance fix since im not sure that banish w/o target is OP or not, even grant ur opponent a draws.)

While I appreciate the fact your trying to make a balanced Ourobors, here's the thing-
The first effect is basically unplayable(outside of casual duels, of course), and the second one is slower then the non-CXyz version. So despite the fact your implying it's stronger, it just seems like it's being held back.
No offense, of course.

Not saying you should break it, just seems like it's missing something.

Well I'm used to OCG (not about Grammar XD) so this banlist is very fun for me lol (yea I know this is TCG board), that's why im used to play with 1 Trishula now ^ ^, anyway thx for the review :)
