I don't get it, but what I do get is that this Card is like a Token with a high DEF, which in my opinion seems a bit off, maybe change its effect to something new,not heard of or re-fraised, its OK to use real cards for example purpose but let's keep the cards made in original foundation, its also a Spellcaster so its effect should be fun and easy to make,ATK if I were making this would be 1500, DEF depending on effect about 1200,just add a simple effect so this Card can at least hold its weight on the field ^_^ anything else critical needed will be looked over by a senior, I leave it in their care, good Card art by the way. You could say it is outclassed by Marauding Captain, who can be Special Summoned and doesn't remove your Battle Phase, and Crane Crane, who Special Summons from the grave (but negates its effect) and also lacks the 2 restrictions. The only advantage this card offers over Marauding/Crane it that it can trigger her effect every turn (not only when she is Normal Summoned) and with 2000 DEF she can be Set, survive attacks from most Level 4 monsters and use her effect in your next turn while in Defense Position, but that would be slow. And all of that at the cost of losing your Battle Phase. Personally, I would get rid of those 2 restrictions as they only make this card undesirable, and, if anything, I would include a [You can only use the effect of "Celestial Spirit Mage" once per turn] clause to avoid swarming with multiple Mages. I was thinking the same thing, just forgot to change it. Anyway, I've edited the card now but I added a "only control 1 Spirit Mage" clause instead.
