Whoa boy, I figured there were quite a few of these on, so I decided to make one myself!

This card cannot be destroyed by any Rank 4 or lower Xyz Monster Effects or by Battle. By discarding 1 card from your hand, you can halve this monster's attack in order to send one 1 Xyz Monster from your opponent's -Extra Deck- to the Graveyard.
(For the Battle Part, only by Level 4 or Lower xyz monsters.)

Well don't want to say this much, but a 4000 ATK without a Summoning condition or drawbacks seems a bit OP for me. And since u didn't said "randomly send" so it's mean that u can look at your opponent extra deck and send? It's kinda OP since u can just use 1 time for a Quasar deck or 3 times for Evilswarm or any deck that rely on only 1 monster then u can make that whole deck useless (and, most important, no "Once per turn" so u can activate this as long as u have a card in your hand")
However, I like the idea of that card, protection from rank 4 or lower mean Evilswarm, Heraldic or any rank 4 focus deck can't do anything so much since the generic diamond wolf can't use against him, but it still can be targeted by effects so paladios is still usable, nice card overall ;)

That's why I put the "half attack" idea in there, and you send the card to the Graveyard, and look at the extra deck.

Well if you intentionally make it for kill ur opponent Extra Deck, you can just ss this card in DEF position from hand or Grave by such a RDMD (yea since no Summoning conditions) then activate its effect until ur hand's out or ur opponent lose all cards they mainly play for, then even it's have a 125 or 62 ATK, it's still be a Great Wall with 2500 DEF that have a rank 4 protection. I suggest that u should make an ATK decrease become 1000 or around that, and if u really don't want a Once per turn, you can make it send random card to the Grave, or else, non-random with a once per turn seems reasonable too, yea but u can still ignore my comment and w8 for other senior member to comment it, maybe it's already well-balanced, who knows.

Fixed, I think. 

This card could be good against generic Xyz Monsters, a lot of them are Rank 4 or lower, so it can be very useful there but halving its attack permanently might be a huge drawback especially when the opponent summons higher Rank monsters, which is kinda easy to do. I would rate this as a good card to use but not too much.

You do realize that, literally nobody is going to play this for the sake of the Extra Deck killing effect, right?
I mean, you could just have Red-Eyes Darkness MEtal/Call of the Haunted/etc play this, and you get a 4K beater out of nowhere with no strings attached.

Also, the card says "Level 4 or lower Xyz". Xyz monsters don't have a Level. It's a Rank.
