[Aix's Singles] Banish the Evil Spirits

Might be a little too strong for a generic Level 4, but these kind of singles need to be strong, they are kind of a one-card army on their own, standing up to complete archetypes.

During either player's turn: You can target 1 card in either Graveyard; banish that target. During your End Phase: You can banish this card to target 1 card on the field; banish that target. You can only activate 1 effect of "Ghost Hunter" per turn and only once per turn.

This card is very strong, maybe even too much so.

That fact that its effect can be used on either player's turn makes it spell speed 2 and activateable during the opponent's standby phase, essentially turning it into a double D.D. Crow, or a Gravedigger Ghoul with a physical form (lest she be consumed by a trap hole or some other dastardly trap along the way). This is already quite powerful as is... However...

Don't underestimate banishment. While it's true that this card doesn't get the double graveyard cleaning if its +0 effect is used, it's making her far too powerful. Here are the problems with this effect...

1. Cards like Smashing Ground and Fissure, and MST are also -0, but they target a specific type of card, with Fissure and Smashing Ground being limited in choices.

2. This card has a body, which while making it easier to stop, also makes it more versatile while having an optional blow up effect.

3. It's a banishment effect... On a card on the field. So we get a Smashing Ground that can choose the target, destroy spells and traps, and also banish the target to prevent any further resistance at a -0 in addition to a Graveyard pop off the opponent?

This card has no limitations placed upon it, and even if she costs a normal summon, it's a summon well worth it for the huge gain it can generate. In addition, this is like a free Exiled Forces nuke with more assurance, better stats, and a banishment to put cream on the cake. In addition, it will outclass D.D. Crow almost completely as it performs at twice of Crow's ability in efficiency, and actually has a physical body.

In my opinion, the last effect should be removed altogether; it's WAY too strong.. In addition, I'd put some sort of restraint on her first ability, like requiring you to have x number of cards in y, or banishing a card in both player's Graveyard so that it punishes you for using it too... So that it isn't just D.D. Crow on steroids.

A more bulky D.D. Crow, I like. The tacked on +0 removal is also cool, and promotes skillful play IMO. The interactive nature of this card is pretty nice. If I were you, I'd give her 18 ATK. 17 is such a frail number in a Yamato-driven meta.

The low ATK was part of the balancing factor as you could just get rid of it before using the effect.

The merit of those cards is that they don't eat up your Normal Summon and also that they can be used on the spot to get rid of troublesome cards while this card you have to wait until the End Phase, thus you aren't going to be blindly using this card, but only using it on cards that are particularly troublesome.

Not really. D.D. Crow's power comes partially from the fact that you do not have to Summon it and also from the fact that it is unpredictable and thus can be chained to Graveyard affecting cards to nullify them, but perhaps I will banish from both Graveyards and add a Life Point cost then so you won't blindly use this.
