This card is treated as a non-Effect Xyz monster while in the Extra Deck and face-up on the field. If this card is currently a non-Effect Xyz Monster and has 3 (exactly) Xyz Materials, you can attach 1 Level 4 monster from your Hand to this card as an Xyz Material to treat this card as an Effect Monster with this effect, but you cannot Normal Summon/Set any monsters this turn:
● Once per turn, you can Detach 1 Xyz Material from this card and Target 1 card the Opponent controls(If it's face-down, reveal it, before returning it to it's original position): During this turn the opponent cannot activate the effect(s) of cards, except for the Target. The Opponent can pay 1000 Life Points to pick another Target. During the turn you activated this effect, other monsters you control cannot declare an attack.

Basically I attempted to make an Xyz that runs off the same premise as Noble Knight monsters, where doing X turns it into an effect monster, and then proceeds to do something completely different. So I apologize if I worded any of that slightly differently.
