-Noel- Posted December 2, 2013 Report Share Posted December 2, 2013 Hello everyone, i didnt post any card here for a while, and today im returned :) When this card is Normal Summoned: Destroy all other monsters on the field, then your opponent gains control of this card. Any Battle Damage you take from battles involving this card is halved. While this card is face-up on the field, neither player can Summon or Set any monsters, except for Level 1 monsters. During your End Phase, if this card is in face-up Defense Position: Switch it to Attack Position, then you draw 1 card and take 100 damage. When your opponent activate a Spell/Trap Card: You must pay 100 Life Points; negate its activation and shuffle that card into the Deck. During the End Phase of the turn this effect is activated: Each player draw 1 card, also this card cannot be destroyed by battle the turn this effect is activated. just think that Lv.1 Deck need sth. and this card appeared XD CnC/love/rate/hate/fix welcome :) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

For starters, you could play a deck with 3x of this and all spells in the rest of the deck. One for One, Where Arf Thou, and even more monsters if you need to to draw cards. Mystic Piper, a certain Ghostrick. My point is you could use spell cards, get them negated, they go back to the deck, etc, and draw into another spell. Repeat 80 times, you win. xD And heck, its effect is abusable on your field too. Needs a rehaul of some kind. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Seems somewhat better, but needs a way for the opponent to remove it. And the "cannot be destroyed by battle" helps the opponent more than you. How about its controller takes no damage so that it just can't be attacked for infinite damage. Imagine if Yata Garasu was unbanned. xD It also stops Xyz Summons, I don't know if this was the intended purpose. -Noel- Posted December 2, 2013 Author Report Share Posted December 2, 2013 well so i edit it a little more, now it can destroy only monsters and all battle damage involving this card is halved, the ways for the opponent to remove it u mentioned about is their own S/T (yea, since its negate effect activate on my opponent field, so it's only negate my S/T) and about the Xyz part, yea i want this monster to completely lock everything except for Lv.1, well i always know how broken this effect is since i made it, but i really want it "cursed" concept XD, i think i can still add some restriction and drawback if it wasnt balance enough, but i think that since its controller has no restriction on S/T, it is balanced enough imo. Sander Posted December 2, 2013 Report Share Posted December 2, 2013 Bad design will remain as bad design, even if you keep adding and adding more restrictions to "balance" it, when in fact, it does nothing of sorts. How can you call a monster that shuts down all Levels from 2-12 balanced, even if it has more than enough "restrictions" on it? You don't. You cannot balance a card with such an effect with restrictions. Nay, that effect shouldn't even exist in the first place. Remove it, cut it up and flush it down the toilet. You know, the place where shit belongs. The only Level 1 deck that exists at the moment, is Piper, and that deck already has enough, and I mean enough ways to destroy your opponent. The deck does not deserve a Dark Hole on legs that's also a Vanity's Emptiness on legs that stops all Summons of monsters whose Levels range from 2 to 12. tl;dr: The section is meant for realistic and balanced cards.
