Metamorfox, Georgette and Brightness Dragon seem like the best of the bunch imo. Bright is part of an archetype, Georgette is actually the best boss of Seals imo and Metamorfox has some great interactions in Hyakki Vogue.

Justitia needs too much setup, bernado is a meh 8k attacker, and bolt is simply meh. I say that fox is the best of the bunch due to it enabling 31k columns.
