Harrison H
Here's Peacock Dragon Effect: Once per a detach 1 material from this card to target 1 monster your opponent controls; halve that targets ATK and switch to attack position. Aix
Why exactly would anyone want to use this over Dracossack or Big Eye? It's even harder to Summon than those two, a lot harder, and greatly inferior.

Stingersfury
Ok here is the review you want for your card. It is very hard to get 3 level 7 monsters out onto the field for a poor effect quite frankly. If you manage to destroy a monster you will probably be doing around 2000 damage which is hardly devastating. However the fact you have used 3 cards to get 1 is a -2 on its own. To destroy a monster would get you 1 back so it ends up as a -1. Dracossack destroys and a monster AND has protection and Big-Eye lets you steal the monster so you don't lose out on anything. Also, this card requires the opponents monster to be in defence to use its effect which is uncommon these days.

goddamnit names are a pain
I mean, not to be rude, but Lucky Straight Trumps this guy in every way. How about making the attack 0, bumping its ATK down to 2900 and materials to 2? And maybe throwing in another small cost to buffer. Discard a card, tops. Harrison H
Ok thanks Changes made New Effect: 2 Level 7 Monsters Once per a detach 1 material from this card to target 1 monster your opponent controls; halve that targets ATK and switch to attack position. When this effect resolves target one lever 5 or lower monster and special summon it your side of the field; negate it's effect.
newhat
You're reviving the monster from the Graveyard, correct? The most important thing on this card is that first number. Why does it have 2900 ATK? This kills every 7 but Simon without needing its effect. It outclasses Gaia as a finisher since you can slice up Plane Tokens for more damage and revive a monster for free. OCG note: The ATK cut and position change are currently tied to each other - you have to do both or you can't do either. If you wanted to make the ATK cut work on Attack Position monsters, you would have to change the wording from "and switch" to "and if you do, switch". Sora1499
Reviving a monster is just silly on a card like this, cuz it basically becomes a +0 Xyz which is ridiculous. All it needs to do is have a solid 2900 ATK stat and cut the opposing monster's ATK in half. Hell you could even bump it to 3k.
razzy
I don't know why there was so much hate for the first one. It was a beat-stick. Sure Draco and Big Eye are things, but their effects are totally different than this ones. Draco blows up the monster and Big Eye steals it. And the catch 22 is neither can attack after using that effect. This thing CAN. I would just change the wording around a little 3 Level 7 monsters Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, and target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; halve that target's attack, and if you do, you may change it to face-up Attack Position. Sora1499
You should keep it as 2 level 7s though. 3 level 7s are damn near impossible to keep on the field.
