Not really much to say. Who doesn't love Spellbooks ;)

During either player's turn, if you have 3 or more banished "Spellbook" Spell Cards, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). When this card is Special Summoned by the effect of a Spellcaster-Type monster: Negate the effect of all face-up Trap Cards, also continuous Trap Cards cannot be activated until the End of your opponent's next turn. This card gains 200 ATK for each of your banished Spell Cards.

Personally, I would lower this card's ATK and DEF by a little bit, just to play it safe.
I mean, I understand the concept and technicalities of it, but here's the thing... This card is either a wall/Cyber Dragon out of thin air, but also prevents your Opponent from trying to counter said deck, on the grounds that you could Summon this out of thin air and basically be an obscure Veiler for Trap cards. Other then that, it's pretty gimmicky, but I could see it being abused just cuz' it's a free beater out of thin air for an Archetype that can toolbox itself, and also fuel this card's ATK.

You have some good points. And I should definitely lower the defense too I think.
