If you control no monsters, you can Discard this card: Add to your hand 1 "Mechaverse" monster from your Deck, except "Mechaverse Excavator"; You cannot Summon/Set or activate the effect(s) of that monster this turn. The effect of "Mechaverse Excavator" can only be activated once per turn.

When this card is Normal Summoned: Add to your hand up to 2 "Mechaverse" monsters from your Deck, except "Mechaverse Legend of the Skies". You cannot Special Summon and you cannot conduct your Battle Phase during the turn you activated this effect. The effect of "Mechaverse Legend of the Skies" can only be activated once per turn.

If a Face-up "Mechaverse" monster you control is destroyed by battle, you can Special Summon this card(from your Hand). If this card is destroyed by your Opponent's card(either by battle or card effect): Add to your hand up to 2 "Mechaverse" monsters from your Deck, except "Mechaverse Walking Toolkit". Each effect of "Mechaverse Toolkit" can only be activated once per turn.

If you control a Face-up "Mechaverse" monster, you can Discard this card and Target 1 monster your Opponent controls: Return it to the hand. You cannot conduct your Battle Phase the turn you activate this effect. This effect of "Mechaverse Crushing Armor" can only be activated once per turn. If this card is destroyed by battle, Draw 1 card.

During a turn in which you Discarded a "Mechaverse" monster by it's own effect, you can Discard this card: Inflict 1200 damage to your Opponent. This effect of "Mechaverse Spiral Driller" can only be activated once per turn. You can Tribute 1 "Mechaverse" monster you control and send 1 "Mechaverse" monster from your hand to the Graveyard: Add this card to your hand from the Graveyard.

During your Main Phase 1, you can Discard this card and Target 1 "Mechaverse" monster you control: It's ATK becomes 2100 until the End Phase. When this card is Normal Summoned, and you control another "Mechaverse" monster, this card's ATK becomes 2100 until the Opponent's End Phase. You can only control 1 "Mechaverse Highway Enforcer".

If you control a Face-up "Mechaverse" monster, you can Discard this card and Target 1 Spell/Trap card on the field: Destroy it. If this card is destroyed by your Opponent's card(either by battle or card effect), you can Target 1 "Mechaverse" monster in your Graveyard, except "Mechaverse Raptorwind": Add it to your hand.

Monsters that battle with this card are destroyed at the end of the Damage Step. While this card has Xyz Materials, you take no damage from battles involving it, and negate the effect(s) of monsters that battle this card. If this card would be destroyed(either by battle or card effect), you can Detach 1 Xyz Material instead. You can only control 1 "Mechaverse X-Car".

I like the concept, but how do you actually win with them? 

I did almost over look the 2100 beater, my bad.  That works fine.

Solidarity could also make a bunch of level ones at 2900+    I like it.

 

And does Excavator hit ALL summons, I got a little confused. I mean, could be implying that you only can't use that monster.

You also use It's wrong a lot. It's means "it is," not used for possession.

Excavator only prevents you from doing stuff with the monster you searched for, yes.
Enforcer only boosts your monster by 2100 for your turn only, and upon Normal Summoning it, if you control another Mech, it's ATK becomes 2100 until the Opponent's End Phase, so you can also wall with it. The Xyz is just an obscure Catastor, really.

looks like transformers

Mecha + Universe -> Mechaverse
Hence why the artworks are various mechs from Transformers, Gundam, Duel Masters, Megaman ZX, Vanguard, etc, since it's robots from different eras/gens/whatever.

The top 3 are just for summoning more mechaverse monsters, and with a set this small i would suggest more variation w/ the effects

Out of curiosity, what would you suggest?

When I imagine mechas, I imagine lasers.

 

You know what lasers do, right?

 

They go right through shit.

 

These guys should all have piercing battle damage.

 

ALL OF THEM.

 

And I don't actually believe that these gigantor monsters would be Level 1, but what the hell.

 

I assume your win condition is summoning Leo while swarming the field with solidarity boosted Level 1 monsters?  It's rather easy to do with this archetype.

 

And again - lasers.
