Manpole
Drawing cards are always good to use and fun to try and make because they are so powerful. Check it out, all feedback is welcome! "Activate only when you Special Summon a monster(s). Each time a monster(s) is Special Summoned to your side of the field place 1 spell counter on this card for each monster summoned. Once per turn you can remove up to 6 spell counters from this card to roll a die, if the result of the die is equal to or less than the amount of counters removed you can draw 1 card." -Noel-
nice concept, i just have a little suggestion, can u change from "Spell Counter" to "Counter" or "(any name) Counter"? since this way, Spell Counters deck can quickly fill this card counters and abuse the draw. Manpole
I originally had it say "counter" but changed it to "spell counter" because I thought it wouldn't get much use and would probably end up with at most 2 cards. I thought by just being counters it may be up pretty much. We'll see what others say, but I can see what you mean.
goddamnit names are a pain
One card is a sore pay off. 2 sounds better.
newhat
How do you activate a Continuous Spell Card "when you Special Summon"? It would take a while to guarantee a draw from this. More likely you'd roulette 3 Spell Counters or something. I don't like how it encourages you to take extremely long turns Special Summoning a bunch of monsters, but it seems too slow to matter. Trebuchet MS
Let's see how this can be reworded... Activate only when you Special Summon a monster(s). Each time a monster(s) is Special Summoned to your side of the field: Place 1 Spell Counter on this card for each monster Summoned. Once per turn: You can remove up to 6 Spell Counters from this card; to roll a six-sided die. If the result of the die is equal to or less than the amount of Spell Counters removed this way, you can draw 1 card. Like many others before me have mentioned, too much effort for that little payoff, unless you somehow enact a Special Summon loop. Then said loop gets gibbed by the banlist. Manpole
It was originally a trap card then I changed it to a spell when I decided to make it use spell counters, completely forgetting how its activated lol. I will keep it a spell and take out the condition to activate. Maybe to make it better I can alter it so whenever a monster(s) is Special Summoned to either players side of the field it gains counters based on the number of monsters summoned. This should make it more usable? .
