If you control a Level 8 Dragon-Type monster: You can make this card become Level 8 until the End Phase. They really went for a lot of Galaxy support in this set, huh? evilfusion Posted December 17, 2013 Report Share Posted December 17, 2013 Hmm...I'm being reminded of Radius with this card, in terms of it becoming Level 8 under very specific circumstances, and of Parsec because it's a Level 8 that can be Summoned without Tribute if you have another Level 8.
