You can Tribute monsters from your hand or field whose total Levels equal 8 or more to Special Summon this card (from your hand or Graveyard). While this card is in the Graveyard, the name of all monsters in your opponent's Graveyard becomes "Dark Magician".

 

The idea of changing the names of monsters in your opponent's Graveyard is simply to give DMG a little more support. Also, the Summoning method for this card is to make an easier to Summon Dark Magician. Personally, I like the idea of little Yugi being the Dark Magician a lot better than the original. xD

The name is ridiculous and the artwork is ridiculous.


That being said, it's an alright card. It's like Machina Fortress but much more generic, plus monsters get their effects when tributed, like Hieratics. It's "all monsters become Dark Magician" effect is pointless because I think that while some people might use it in a silly Dark Magician deck, most people would use it for Hieratics.

tl;dr - Not sure if overpowered... but it usable in a competitive... ish... deck, so that's a plus.
