Catterjune
I recently had a chance to play using a Toon Deck with anime cards. Toon Kingdom, Comic Hand... thats it really, I guess. I'd rather have Warning and Bottomless over Toon Briefcase. Anyway, we decided that Banishing seemed to be Toon Kingdom's strongest asset so we tried to base the deck around that. Allure of Darkness, lots of Dark toons, Escape from the Dark Dimension, stuff like that. So on the whole, it seems like you're off to a similar track of mind that me and my friend was. Toons seem to work with banishing. However... The underlying parts of your card are just bad as a whole. If a small, weak monster is destroyed you're not gonna be gaining much LP. And if you're big monster is being destroyed, you're losing by a lot anyway. Basically, this card is bad when you're winning (because your monsters won't be destroyed) and bad when you're losing (because it won't make you win, it'll just make you lose a little bit slower). If I could make Toon Support, it would probably be a field spell with a complicated effect that gave it some kind of protection. Or a toon that didn't need Toon World on the field to survive (which they do have, but they aren't that great). tl;dr - It's a bad card.
