I want to get some reviews about this contest winner card, and well I really want to know that this simple effect card is OP, UP or well-balanced :)

You can Special Summon this card (from your hand). If you do, your opponent draws 1 card.

It's overbalanced to the point where its worthless. Sure, it's a T.G. Striker as a Level 1, but with the EP searching effect removed and replaced with an effect that actually benefits your opponent. Why would anybody even want to run this? To make Level Level 5's? Striker + Warwolf is a thing, so there is no need for a tuner that gives your opponent a +1.

well it can summon even if u have a monster unlike striker, and her level 1 is access formula and some lv.2 stuffs, but yea to give ur opponent a free card isnt negligible, thx for comments from both of u :)

I would actually consider making it NOT a Tuner.

It would cause a better chance at Formula. Which might balance out the weakness it has. I like the fact that its so simple.

That +1 is a bit much, but I would run it even if it was a Tuner because it really just sets up for massive drawing/OTKs.

Which is a small flaw.

about art, if u really want, it is just posted at link u have (well i didnt update that so often), and about to make it's non-Tuner, that's not bad idea since my first decision about this is also to make this a non-Tuner that can make itself Tuner w/ some cost (but it's maybe too easy to use, no, not maybe...) and then i just simply make it a Tuner w/o thinking so much, so if i get this kind of suggestion again maybe i'll reconsidering this, anyway thx for a comment and rep :)

I like the idea of making it able to be a Tuner or a Non-Tuner.

No cost needed, really. The draw should be enough.

During the turn this card is Special Summoned, you cannot Special Summon any monsters from your Extra Deck, except Synchro Monsters."

but well, i will keep the card's effect like that, since it's the card i won from 1-sentence contest. so just want to keep it :)

The new one sounds fine. I also liked the old one's simplicity.

Ehhhh. Point taken. Although, I don't really consider Hope Roots to be good. Seems too situational for my taste. That said, in regards in to the card, it  is just dashingly similar to Jester Confit. Although it isn't a tuner, it does the same thing and is better in every way, because it doesnt gie your opponent a draw.

I feel it needs the search clause. But then 3 would be OP. I'll leave this as is for now. XD

but u can only control only 1 confit at a time, which u cant do sth like this (new ver) ss - reveal another copy of itself - normal summon that - and now, i can draw too (and have 1 lv.2 synchro tuner, also that combo can run after Striker + Warwolf summoned which can get u an additional card from Hyper Librarian) ;)
