Lonk
If this card on the field is Tributed: You can Special Summon 1 "Evolsaur" monster from your Deck.
As good and awesome as this card is, it's unfortunately inconsistent. If Evols suddenly adopted a Tribute Engine that isn't Evo-Force/Evo-Instant (Which aren't engines), then they would actually be much better. Discuss. Sora1499
???
The former is relatively inconsistent/opponent-based and the latter is relatively slow. What they need is 6 Evo-Force.
Lonk
The former is relatively inconsistent/opponent-based and the latter is relatively slow. What they need is 6 Evo-Force. Evo-Instant is a slower Evo-Force without the benefits of having the summoned monster treated as being Summoned by an Evoltile monster. Does it still work? Toffee.
I played Evol Monarchs once.Deck was silly but it's too dependent on it's gimmicks. As for Naj-It's not so much that Evols lack a tribute engine, but rather... They wanted each Evoltile to have a different means of playing your Evols.
玄魔の王
I feel the biggest problem with the deck is it was short-lived. There are very few Evolsaurs in existence, and most of the Evoltiles aren't that good.
Lunar Origins
I look at Evols now and think... "That was /meta/?"
Airride
I look at Evols now and think... "That was /meta/?" They were? I'm pretty sure there was just 1 random deck that topped.
Lonk
They were? I'm pretty sure there was just 1 random deck that topped. I think that's what "/meta/" means. You know, that one Deck that randomly topped that everyone said was the best Deck ever? Anyways, Najasho clogs @3 because he isn't a surefire monster to base the Evol engine on despite being Evo-Force's best target.
newhat
I had no idea Najasho clogs at 3. Evoltiles are eminently searchable; it's their speed that keeps them down. Evo-Instant would be great if it were a Quick-Play Spell Card, but as a Trap it's no better than Enemy Controller, and sometimes not as good as Mini-Guts. Althemia
They were? I'm pretty sure there was just 1 random deck that topped. You're right, they weren't. Just for the time that they were around, they were a solid contender. Not "meta" but a strong deck all the same.
Lonk
I had no idea Najasho clogs at 3. If sarcastic, then tell that to everyone that likes to run Najasho @3, which are many people for some reason. If not, then yes, it does clog @3.
