Yea it's kinda OP here, at least make its effect become destroy, not send, then it will be a rank 8 Black Rose w/ a self protection that's more acceptable than this

We already have Noblswarm Beelzebuth (IE: Evilswarm Exciton Knight), I really don't think we need another field nuker, especially one that Galaxies, Dark Worlds, and Prophecy can abuse to hell.

Hmmmm... Well at a glance it seems very OP and abusable. Especially in things like Dark World etc.

I think you should change it to say that it destroys rather than sends, because then it will be easier to get round. Even then, the only things that stop it are Warning and Divine Wrath, since it can dodge effects like Stardust (wouldn't get the nuke, but it would stick around).

Change the effect to:
When this card is Xyz Summoned: Destroy all other cards on the field. This card cannot attack your opponent directly. If this card would be destroyed by a card effect and sent to the Graveyard: You can detach 1 Xyz Material instead.

 

Just a few tweaks to the wording that will balance it out.

 

Overall though, its a solid card with nice art and a cool name and would certainly see competitive play. The balancing factor really is that the nuking is mandatory and that it can't attack directly, which seems fair enough. Also that you are essentially overlaying 2 boss monsters to summon it, so it would need to be pretty powerful for it to be worth it.

Along the lines of "When this card is Xyz Summoned: Destroy all other cards on the field. This card cannot attack your opponent directly. If this card would be destroyed by a card effect and sent to the Graveyard: You can detach 1 Xyz Material instead."

you should add "from this card" in between Material and instead.

 

This feels like it would combo to easily with Felgrand the Divine Dragon Knight. Especially since they are both Rank 8s.

And if the opponent has 3000 LP or lower? Do you die immediately?
