Mecha Phantom Beast Fortress

I guess some people are unfamiliar with the MPB archetype...

The level 4 MPBs gain 3 levels for each MPB token you control. That means that 2 MPBs with 3 MPB tokens on the field would be level 13.

I've encountered situations where I or my opponent have had monsters at level 13, and just thought it'd be cool to make a nifty rank 13.

Some problems with this card: 1. All Mecha Phantom Beasts that are level 5 or higher (or rank, for that manner) are based off mythological creatures. This card, however, is not. 2. Pretty much all, with the single exclusion of Concorudia, summon "Mecha Phantom Beast Tokens" one way or another for their effect. Again, this card does not. 3. It is IMPOSSIBLE to obtain level 13 monster cards by any means; there is a legitimate rule in Yugioh stating that a monster's level cannot exceed Level 12 by any means. As such, the only way to get this card out is by Engineer's method, as there are no Rank 12 cards, and it is not a Cxyz. In essence, you should either do a major overhaul of this card to blend it into the archetype, or just make it a stand-alone that can be supported by the MPB's.

1. You're correct. I just couldn't envision a name more suitable for the largest monster in the archetype, and in the game (as a R13), than "Fortress".

2. Meh. I figured this card would be far too powerful with both the token summoning effect and protective effect, so I chose one. I honestly think this card is balanced enough to be real the way it's written.

3. Completely incorrect. A monster's level can never be below 1, but effects can raise levels beyond 12. Again, although not a common happening, most MPB-players have encountered situations where they have a level 13 monster on their field. Please stop spreading false information, claiming it as fact (ie. "there is a legitimate rule in Yugioh stating that a monster's level cannot exceed Level 12 by any means").

Thanks for the feedback.

Honestly, if u r skillful player who can fully use that deck (like many members who stay around TCG forums), u will never (or at least very rarely) have 2 planes with 3 tokens, but yea if the deck u using is not the best format, maybe u have, so let's skip that. even it's rank 13 u still need to balance its stat a bit since it can easily summoned if use your method, also that monster has worse effect than Dracossack imo, so u should make something in that card that make any player think it's worth to continue making token instead of summoning sack right there, just high stats are not enough.
