I am going to disregard the limited/banned cards because I will just be playing with my friends and would really appreciate help building a deck. I am a complete noob when it comes to building Yugioh decks and would appreciate any help. Since I'm ignoring the ban/limit to wind-up magician for example, I am considering adding three. -Noel- Posted January 2, 2014 Report Share Posted January 2, 2014 The best wind-up format in the past is the format that loop Carrier (that rank 3 1500 ATK Water who can get another wind-up by detach) to get Rat from deck and Hunter who can tribute Carrier or another wind-up to discard a card from opponent hand, and since Rat and Hunter are Lv.3, so u can make another Carrier again not so hard, then detach, get another Rat, get Hunter from Grave, loop. doing so will have a high chance to get rid of your opponent entire hand in 1 turn and not lose so much resource since if u not care about banlist, u can have Avarice, 3 magicians, etc. To make this kind of deck, u just need 3 Rats, 3 Carriers, 3 Hunters, other cards are up to u then Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
