the first card dosent look right no offence but its just not right counter traps are always activated in response to something wheather its drawing a card, activating a spell or summoning a monster. now i know why you did it, you didnt want it to be chained to, thats nice but first the effect is to powerful to NOT be able to be chained to and second unless its being activated in response make it so its effect can not be chained to or something dont just turn it into a counter trap because you want it to be spell speed 3.

 

the second card is, well not that good, its effect seems just to odd to use with anything i mean i could see like sheild and sword but even that you would have to wait 6 of your turns just so it would be 100 points more powerfull then its original attack make its defence more then just 0 and try to add something that makes it more tantalizing then just 500 extra defence make it worrier so it can be comboed with wepon change, or make it so its ability uses its deffence for something like. once per turn you can destroy one monster with less defence then this card, if you do this card cant attack. something like that just suggestions
