Maeriberii Haan
Discard 1 Dragon-type Normal monster in your hand. Special Summon 1 level 1 monster from your deck. You can banish this card from your graveyard to target 1 level 1 monster you control. Return the targeted monster to your hand, and return 1 other card on the field to its owner's hand, You can only activate this effect of "Blessing of the White Dragon" once per turn. -Noel-
so this is the CED that no need to target and can SS 1 Blue-Eyes? quite powerful imo, target ur opponent's card that u will return first should balance this. and outside of BEWD.dek, this is another 141 with a specific cost that can be run in a Dragon Rulers deck so well if it didn't already dead. overall this is a nice card :)
Maeriberii Haan
You're right. DRs could just mill a lot and make this not a -1. I think a OPT clause would suffice, no?
-Noel-
yes, OPT clause do balanced it enough, but the points I said quite powerful is a non-Target CED from Grave, just that. other parts are fine
Maeriberii Haan
Hmm, that is quite worrying tbh. Any additional costs you think necessary for this?
Newton Vitas
OCG Fix: Discard 1 Dragon-Type Normal Monster; Special Summon 1 Level 1 monster from your Deck. You can only activate this effect of "Blessing of the White Dragon" once per turn. I think the bouncing effect should also target the opponent's card so stuff like Safe Zone can counter it. This card can also be abused in Exodia Decks, especially in Heart of the Underdog builds: You summon a limb of Exodia, then return it to your hand. And even if I activate Safe Zone before this card, my opponent can bounce Safe Zone to destroy my monster anyway.
Scary Face
I agreed with TC and -Someone-, this is very great for DRs, discard Flamvell Guard or Blue-Eyes itself in some format to get a Lv.1 Tuner, especially to discarding a Dragon is negligible for them
