goddamnit names are a pain
"Up to twice per turn, if this card was Special Summoned by the effect of a "Dododo" monster this turn: You can target 1 "Dododo" monster you control, then activate 1 of these effects. ● Increase its Level by 1. ● Reduce its Level by 1." 1800 ATK, 200 DEF EARTH Warrior Witch into any 3, 4, or 5? Sounds awesome. If you actually Tribute Summon Buster, Rank 6's could happen.

玄魔の王
its a bad card. Kaust does it better. The Witch/Buster-Driver interction is really no different from the Pollux/Algiedi-Kaus one, other than the fact the former can't use Pleiades. This is one of the cards that makes Dododo viable. Slinky
The problem with this card, is that it has to be special summoned by specific cards to even use its effect. Thats why its bad. You can't normal it and profit.
