Kingdom Xathers
When a monster effect is activated: Pay 2000 Life Points; negate the activation and effect of that monster, and if you do, destroy it. Monsters with the same name as that monster cannot activate their effect(s) for the rest of the Duel. ... you don't think the last line is a bit too excessive, do you? Anyways, CnC
Sander
We already have enough negation in the game, and we do not need a new Divine Wrath that is better than Divine Wrath in every aspect. And of course the last part is too much. The hell were you thinking?
Kwisatz-Haderach
nice artwork and nice idea, but the last part is too much, maybe you can think of something more unique after the negation and destroy. For example, the card stays in graveyard for the next 3 turns after activation, and as long as it stays in grave monsters with that name cannot use their eff. After the 3rd turn banish the card from grave

The game does not need a Divine Wrath knock-off that can be activated by paying LP instead of discarding a card. Divine Wrath having a discard cost is what makes it good, but balanced enough, aka it requires actual thought to use it, but this card having a LP cost instead of the -1 makes it into another herpderp solemn card that can be used at any time without any effort at all. L0rdL0ss
This card could shut down so many decks with only the cost of 2000 life points. Insanely over-powered.
goddamnit names are a pain
I USE YAMATO'S EFFECT NO, NEVER Last line is a bit much, but without it, the card goes insanely UP.

I really do hope that you don't mean "underpowered" by "UP". The card is broken, even without the last effect.
goddamnit names are a pain
Yes, I mean underpowered. 2000 LP feels somewhat more weighty than discarding a card, but that depends on the scenario. I guess 2000 LP IS easier to do.

Oriannis
If you were to discard a card, this card would slot right into a dark world deck. however it could not follow the LP hit theme.

Except that's not how Dark Worlds work. DW monster effects only trigger when they're discarded by an effect, not a cost.
