Darj Posted January 20, 2014 Report Share Posted January 20, 2014 Captivating Trap Hole Trap Card Normal Target 1 monster on the field: Change that target's battle position, then, if you control a "Traptrix" monster, negate its effects until the opponent's End Phase, and if you do, destroy 1 card on the field. During the turn you Normal Summoned a "Traptrix" monster, you can activate this card from your hand. I wanted to build a Traptrix Deck including the announced Traptrix Tio when I realized that Tio can only be added to the hand by Nepenthes (Tio is +100 DEF short from being a target of Botanical Girl; I suspect that was done on purpose). Instead of making a card for searching a Traptrix, I decided to make a chainable "Trap Hole" card designed for triggering Nepenthes during the player's turn. Outside of Traptrix decks, the Trap is more of a weaker Book of Moon. But with Traptrix, basically it becomes a +0 Fiendish Chain. It can also be recycled by Tio and be activated without relying on an opponent's Summon before it banishes itself. Thoughts? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
