This card cannot attack the turn it is Special Summoned. You can Tribute Summon this card by Tributing 1 Tribute Summoned monster. When this card is Tribute Summoned or Special Summoned: Target up to 4 cards in either graveyard; banish those targets, then each player sends an amount of cards from the top of their decks to the graveyard equal to the number of cards banished form their graveyard. If this card was Tributed Summoned by Tributing a DARK monster, add this additional effect.
- Banish those cards instead.

As for Mega Delg- Nah. It's not really that broken. Or at least, as far as Mega Monarchs go. What I mean, is that it's mostly effective against decks that want to mill the ever living hell out of themselves, as a means of doing things, and this card just punishes them for it; Since it not only eats their Graveyard, but also Banishes anything else they could potentially mill. Against anything else, nah. It wouldn't really hurt them that much, assuming they are playing something a little on the silly side.
