When this card on the field is destroyed:  Special Summon up to 3 "Mokey Mokey" monsters from your Deck.  You can destroy 1 Fairy-type monster on the field; Special Summon this card (from your Graveyard).  If you do, this card's name is treated as the monster destroyed by this card effect's name and its Level becomes the Level of the destroyed monster, and this card is banished when it leaves the field.  You can only use 1 effect of "Smokey Mokey" per turn.

Still wouldn't make them anywhere close to playable, but it'd be wrong if you made a single card that made them playable. It's a start, though if you want to make them somewhere above tier 420, they need quite a bit more. Still a nice Box of Friends type of thing, second effect isn't all that useful, but I see what its applications are. Oh, and you do realize that the clause "You can only use 1 effect of "Smokey Mokey" per turn" lets you use either of the effects as much as you want, but then, it doesn't really matter on this card.
